For help with DriveWindow, include your route region, device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.

Contact support
The fastest way to contact us is Settings → Send Feedback inside DriveWindow. That form can include the app version and device details needed to investigate a problem.
- Describe what you expected and what happened.
- For route issues, include the approximate origin, destination, departure time, and country or region.
- Add an email address if you would like a reply.
Subscriptions and purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple. DriveWindow does not receive your payment card details.
- Restore a purchase: open DriveWindow Settings and choose Restore Purchases.
- Manage or cancel: open iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- For billing or refund requests, use Apple’s purchase support process.
Before reporting a forecast issue
Refresh the trip close to departure and confirm that DriveWindow can access the internet. Forecasts and alerts can change after a trip is saved.
- Check that the selected departure date, time zone, route, and driving profile are correct.
- Location, notification, and Calendar permissions can be changed in iOS Settings.
- DriveWindow is a planning tool and does not replace official alerts, road authorities, or turn-by-turn navigation.
